Extreme Seal is an oil and water repellent sealer that is solvent-based. It has been formulated as a sealer to deeply penetrate the capillaries of the substrate. Once applied, it forms a permanent bond with the substrate, resulting in an oil and water repellent, stain resistant surface. This sealer offers exceptional resistance against a range of materials such as food, tannin, coffee, and oil. Extreme Seal is ideal for dense and permeable substrates including polished masonry. This treatment does not alter the visual appearance or slip resistance of the substrate. However, it is important to note that certain substrates may experience a slight darkening of the surface following the application.
