Densiseal is a water-based densifier and penetrating sealer in one. Densiseal is a non-film forming densifying penetrating sealer, that is resistant to both oil and water, and works by penetrating the surface of the concrete without forming a film. This process blocks the capillaries within the concrete, resulting in a hard, dust-proof, and visually enhanced finish. In addition to densifying the concrete, Densiseal also provides water and oil resistance to the surface meaning that the concrete will have a waterproof and oil-proof finish. After treatment with Densiseal, there will be no visible residue or efflorescence left on the surface.
